Don't think they ever will again, Zandvoort is a write off for F1 and I would not know where they could build a new track.
Rotterdam would like a street race they said, not so long ago, but so would London, who have been on about it for years.

Don't hold your breath.

They do that in Rotterdam every year, but it is just a show and the teams use last years cars.
Oh, by the way, it did not happen this year.

Yeah, but he was using a posh Nissan who were sponsors of the Red Bull team mate. They were seriously looking at holding a race round the streets of NY. It came to nothing though, same as London will.
