F1 Zorg & Badger GP Fantasy Grand Prix 2016

Predictions complete, full house tomorrow

Third engine gone into Lewis Hamilton's car this weekend so that will take Hamilton up to a 55 place grid penalty.
Hamilton will only race in the first qualifying session, because he's already guaranteed to start at the back of the grid.

Why even do Q1? Because cars that don't set a time within 107% of the quickest lap in Q1 are not allowed to race (unless the stewards give them a waiver), so it's not worth the risk sitting it out.

Still not sure what to do about predictions.....

Summary
  1. Raikkonen fastest in P3, followed by Ricciardo & Vettel
  2. Hamilton uses another engine - grid penalty now 55 places
  3. Alonso 30-place penalty, Ericsson 10-pace penalty
  4. Qualifying begins at 13:00 BST

Now' your chance folks.... so busy packing to come away that I didn't get round to doing my predictions.

Could the standings be shaken up?

Lewis Hamilton is 19 points ahead of Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg in the championship standings.

Should Rosberg win the race, seventh place for Hamilton would keep him level on points with his title rival.

If, by miracles of miracles, Hamilton could muster a win on Sunday, he'd move on to 50 career victories - just 41 more to go to catch Michael Schumacher.

The 18-year-old Dutchman with a Belgian mum was actually born in Belgium, about 100km from Spa - and a sea of orange has swept over the border from the Netherlands to swell the support for the Red Bull man.

Loud, proud and a bit bonkers that orange army.

As good as Michael Schumacher was, some of those wins were given to him by team orders as we witnessed on numerous occasions.
I don't think his total will be surpassed

He almost made the best of a bad job Mike but 2nd was a bit too much to ask. He is pretty damn good!

Tony.
