Z3 Facelift 3rd brake light gasket (?)

Hey y'all.

Much has been said on boot leaks being attributed to a dodgy 3rd brake light gasket.


When some winter ice melt led to water in my boot and as, due to a combination of a car cover and a poor respray job, I had occasion to remove the brake light and metal cover (I intend to strip the paint and vinyl it) I was wondering whether there is any gasket for the facelift brake light at all. Can't see anything on realoem.

No gasket, just 3 tiny grommets, 1 for each fixing bolt.
I used silicone instead, covers a wider area around the bolt. Did it 8 months ago, lots of rain, zero leaks
