I'm replacing my 2.8 lsd diff bushing today with a powerflex one does anyone have any tips that make the job easier?

If you are cutting the old one out, use a hack saw on the thick side of the diff housing just in case. You don’t want to weaken the other side with saw marks. Power flex just slot in without much pressure

You could use a hydraulic press or take it to a shop to have that done, of course the diff housing cover needs to be off the car.

Carefully cut through the oem diff bush outer ring without damaging the carrier bend it inwards with a chisel to loosen and remove it then the powerflex bush just pushes in by hand.
