Wet driving

Great video! Got a glimpse of a very expensive lawnmover at the very beginning...

Two awesome video's thanks for that! Made my lunchtime (slightly early one!) go a bit quicker!

Great video :p

Really enjoyed those, that gt40 video... did he have the car in a straight line at all?

There is an interview with him on another video which is fairly interesting, but certainly some car control.

@hard top that was their sole purpose in life after they wouldn't sell to Ford.

There is a local guy around here who has I guess a replica one, as he brought it down our village chip shop in the summer much to everybody's amusement.
It looked and sounded right but not the easiest car to get into or out of.

Top Gear or maybe it was Clarkson's Motor World programme did a bit on a replica Stratos you can/could buy with a Toyota engine?
The original was a gorgeous car Mike @hard top.

Tony.

Can see why that's your fav HT!! What a course to run on. Reminds me of a few back roads in the Alps I've driven. Lots of switchbacks to get the rear end swinging. Took a new Porsche 944 turbo around the Rhine River Rd in Germany on a wet night on a similar road! What a rush! JIM

Nice price, around what I expected! Take all the money you got for your Zed and buy it @HT! Then for sure we'll have that beer together when I come over to chauffeur you around!! JIM

That is a brilliant video, that guy has lots of talent and even more bottle!

Here is my experience at Goodwood, it was so wet there were local flood warnings on the radio. I was in my 260 BHP VX220 on semi slicks. I wasn't pushing as hard as the guy in the GT40 vid but then, it was only a track day and it felt like dancing on ice at times. Fast forward to 3:20 for a squeaky bum moment.

That looks like a nice little track to take out your frustration at. Never been on a track like that but should try it once before I become worm feed!! Glad you had a great day even with the rain!! JIM
