I don't dislike the coupes in any way at all. I had a 3.0 si Z4 coupe in for test today, only 46K, on 108's a really nice car. I fetched Roy to sit in it for me and as he got in he said " You can't put the roof down !" and that's the crux of it for me. A sports car really needs to be a roadster for me.:):)

That statement says it all Martin
I would have a coupe any day, that is why I did not take my hardtop off for three years, thinking about it, I did not, the boys at work did. Nicked my keys out of my jacket pocket....

So that also says a lot you need a car where you can have the top down IMHO :)
Yep, agree, its great, but to be totally honest, not as a daily driver in the countries we live in. How often do we really get the roof down? Also got a bit feed up with leaking A-Pillars and a wet bum....

That's why you need an 'ordinary' car with a roof for those sort of days. Then when, (if), the sun shines, out with the Zed and down with the roof;)

We (UK) only trail the Germans in Europe for soft tops, this is down to our mild climate which is much better suited for soft top motoring.:)
