I'm going to be stripping the immaculate M44 out of my Z3 project car soon. Well, as soon as I can find someone to buy it because I don't want to have it hanging around.

Only 55,000 miles on it. The car has been well looked after its entire life, and in storage the last couple of years. Starts cleanly and immediately.

Engine for sale, as is the auto box (should anyone want that) or a 5-speed manual I have spare if that's required.

I'll also sell the stainless exhaust (I've not got it up in the air to see what it is), though that has a rattle.

Starter and alternator will come with it for the right price, as can the power steering loop, pump and reservoir (but not the rack).

Air conditioning pump will also be for sale as I'll need to replace that, but I'll be keeping the other parts of the system.

Unfortunately, I will also need to keep the ECU for my project.

I won't be stripping it all out until I have a buyer, so drop me a line if you're interested and we can discuss which bits you want and what might be a good schedule to pull it out. I can share pics and video of it running.

M44's are quite a hard sell, but I sold a 57,000 mile one from a write off for £350 a couple of months ago. Plenty of 100k+ ones for £200 that nobody wants but a nice one will find a buyer.

I sold mine on Ebay.

Cheers. It's on eBay now and I've priced it fairly competitively based on the others up there. If anyone on here is interested I'd be fine with £350, though might want a bit more with all the ancillaries.
