Hello from Cheshire UK

Hi, I'm Rob and based in Cheshire UK. I bought my first Z3 (a completely standard 1999, 1.9 roadster in Topaz Blue) just over a year ago, having wanted to buy one when they first came out in the 1990s. I have spent the last year doing a number of cosmetic and minor jobs (radio rewiring, seatbelt guide repair, seat motor repair, minor paint work, immobiliser/alarm, various trim etc)

This is a great forum and I've learned a lot over the last year from this and various other sources online and I'll post whatever tips I can, as I do work on my Z3.
