Chassis reinforcement question

Hey everybody i currently finished reinforcing the trunk and filling the channel gonna hit the lower half later but i had a general question of, is there any other non subframe areas you guys have or recommend getting to reinforce, i know on other bmw models a lot of people do things like strut towers etc but any recommendations on other things to throw some reinforcing on?

Front underbody ladder. The holes are there. Just get some thick pipes and connect whatever holes availabe in an X or Y shape.

Do you not reccomend using the stock X brace then or just reinforcing the brace itself?

Gonna order the front portion where exactly do those mount to in regards to the front subframe?

Oh nvm I just realized part of that is for motor mounts I actually won’t be able to use that since my motor isn’t mounted there

IMO the standard X brace isn’t up to much, it’s quite bendy, the Stance crowd take them off because they deform and crack sumps.
I made my own for one of my lads e36 and my Z .
CDs tube capped and bushed in place with new 10.9 bolts. There’s zero play, fish mouthed oval tubes with dimple die’d bracing. 3mm plate onto the subframe, 6x M8 rivnuts, 1 M10.

That seems like a huge improvement for sure
