Have you had them in the cubby hole yet ?
@Antm72, what amp would you recommend with the Lanzar.Brilliant well hopefully all will work fine and you can get it in the cubby![]()
I was watching one on ebay for £23.99 but its finished, it was from a place called Thompsons and they don't appear to have any in stock@Sean d have you found a Lanzar? the place i got mine from is currently out of stock, i have seen some on ebay for around £78i paid about £23 for mine and wouldn't pay any more, maybe 30 at most (though to be fair it does sound like a more expensive unit) but once the rubber is removed it shows it is just a cheap made in china driver. saying that i do like it, just haven't built up trust yet, if it runs in the footwell without the smoke then all is good

A spoke to a guy a while ago in an audio shop about fitting a sub and amp, he said that will happen when using your speakers just as top end, seems he was rightanother thing i have noticed is the tweeters, while setting up the sub and amp i turned the base down on the head unit, it was on setting 4 out of 6, i turned it to zero and used the sub for the base instead, since then i can hear parts of tracks i hadnt noticed before. now thinking that because the base was turned up (got an x base setting too but never used it) the head unit was filtering out some of the tweeter range, so all in all - win win.
