Another option to reinforce the rearend??

I have seen similar on some other cars and maybe E30s. I stiffened mine a lot but didn't want to loose any space in the back since its already small at times.

The Randy Forbes kit wasn't worth it for me since its just a box of metal and I have all the tools and welders needed to do it myself. My solution was to slit the floor and fit a rectangular box tube that spans both chassis rails. This is stich welded to the floor and everything else with additional brackets on the sides to the chassis rails. Then I fabricated brackets that clear the anti roll bar and tie in a twin eared diff cover. My car is putting out 700hp and zero issues.
