Ok here's a bargain for someone on here before I go to eBay.
As per the title it's a 2002 Z3 3.0 Sport Edition automatic in Titan Silver with a black hood. The car has done 115000 miles.
I bought the car on a whim in August 2020 after selling a kit car I had rebuilt and ran it as a weekend warrior until the second pandemic restrictions hit. Then it went into storage in my garage attached to my house.
Sadly, that's where it languished until now as duties were taken over by a 1-year-old Audi TT, which did not have the Z3 sole, but the TT didn’t need any hands-on attention so worked well for me at the time.
It was last MOT'd in July 2020 and has done 300 miles since the last MOT.
The body, hood and interior are in decent condition, some marks here and there but nothing major. The attached pictures are a good representation of how the car looks today.
The Z3 has been started monthly and run up to temp and then put back into my garage.
I did start to look this year at what it might need to recommission it to put it through the MOT.
I fitted front discs and pads, stripped and adjusted the rear brakes. Fitted a new power steering reservoir and associated inlet and return hoses and a new power steering cooling loop.
It had a new Bosch s5 battery fitted in July 2025.
It has also had two new Goodyear 225/45 R17 94Y Eagle F1 tyres fitted on the front, the rears are a few years old but will go through an MOT.
I cleaned up the under-floor area near the sills where the under seal was starting to fail and re-undersealed the area (The inner sills were structurally solid, just looking pretty tired on the original under seal.
Then life took over again and work came to a standstill and I have now decided to let it go as it is, leaving the MOT to whoever buys it. I have just run out of time as my garage is now home to a new beast, so the Z3 has to go.
This is not a pristine car; it will need work but it will make a decent enough car for somebody who is able to put the work in to get it back on the road.
I am happy to listen to offers that reflect it needing an MOT and some work but it needs to go ASAP.
The car starts, runs and drives etc, no warning lights, but due to having no Mot or insurance it would need to be a trailer collection.
I think the car is far, far too good to be scrapped or stripped for parts, it may need further work to put it through the MOT but I am not aware of it needing anything major.
Pm me for enquiries or further info.
Car is rregistered in my name to my home address in Leeds.
Cheers
John.
