Hi, well what can I say! Both Jue and I we're genuinely thrilled at how many have come for Tony's day. 26 cars, 47 people in all. Every single one on the list showed up . We appreciate how far some of you have come and even paid out for overnight rooms etc. 10/10 to you all
People say this alot on here but for me catching up with some of my old pals from my early days on the forum was absolutely brilliant! It's been far to many years and the rumblings of a 2027 euro cruise MUST happen, @Oldguysrule @Nodzed hint hint!! . Lovely to meet a couple of new faces too, Toni and Holly.
As for the run, it ran superbly, brilliant work @Amy H and @Bozzy , top marks .

It certainly looked like everyone has had a great day of it and hopefully we can do it again in the future once I've had a break from trying to hurd you lot .

Finally thanks to Shirl and Gary for giving us the permission to celebrate Tony's life and the biggest thanks to the main man of the day for letting us play in his back yard.

Tony, you are sorely missed by us all, cheers you old sod .

Great route, perfect timing for the weather and a lovely meal to finish - was nice to see everyone and thanks to the organises for arranging the memorial cruise. Even the swans joined in.

Nice pictures, pleasant company, lovely drive out. Well done @Amy H & @Bozzy and everyone who turned up and helped out - lots of work involved, I'm not sure people always realise just how much. Lovely Memorial Cruise for Tony - trust he would have been well chuffed at the response.

Yes, it’s been a great day and really lovely to see familiar faces and new to chat and catch-up. I was chauffeur driven by Wanted of Hemel Hempstead - and lived to tell the tale! Only joking, Roy @Rha It was great to natter on the cruise and Tony’s old Z4 is sounding and handling very well.

Tony will have been watching from on high and working out why Toby took a short cut @Toby

We’ve been very fortunate with the weather and the autumn colours of the trees were stunning.

Thanks for the stickman @Kate and rod I’ll wait for the car to be clean to make the transfer adhere.

All in all, a day Tony would have been proud of and would have thoroughly enjoyed. Miss him, God bless him

What a fabulous day an amazing get together for such a loved member of the Zedding community. The weather was with us with the rain holding off until we'd all sat down to eat.

It was very nice to see everyone today and to catch up with old friends. Given the weather forecast we were surprised how many cars turned out. As I said to grumps, it would be a good idea if the T’tony memorial cruse could be repeated next year but in warmer weather. Having said that, we were very glad that our heater worked, unfortunately the roof is suspect so I didn’t put it down.

What a fantastic turn out to remember Tony. I'm sure he was looking down enjoying seeing us all together.
As others have said it was great to meet up again with friends old and new.
Thanks must go to @Bozzy & @Amy H and @Grumps for all the organisation / admin involved in sorting this type of event. Well done guys, the day ran seamlessly and the rain held off until we were all in the pub.
Overall a great way to remember a dear friend.
