I'm still in bed watching Peppa Pig !
I'm at work. Working tomorrow too. Doing our shopping late on tonight to avoid the crowds.
I've got to go this morning to Asda to get the veg etc. Jue is at work so Doris chores for me. I hate Doris chores

I agree, people go mad
I’ve got a bit in but no where near as much as some people
I should have stayed in bed.........having a crap day!
Cant get anywhere near Tesco or Sainsburys to do any shopping.
10 year Smoke alarm decided to give up this morning, Bought and Fitted new one, but pulled loads of paint and plaster off the ceiling removing the old one ( fitted by fire brigade using double sided tape)
Decided to get all the ironing done......frigging iron packed up so need to get to Argos to get a new one.....where is Argos.....in frigging Sainsbury's.
And now...Just had a text to say a parcel will be delivered at some time today......so now I cant go out as I dont know when its being delivered

Nice to be able to stand back and watch the usual Christmas run-up hullabaloos.

Woke up 7:45 this morning.
Tea in bed.
Get up and walk the dog - nice sunny morning. Lovely.
Leisurely drive down to the farm shop to pick up the meat n veg.
I’ve come to the conclusion that working, especially at this time of year, is vastly overrated
That said - the contribution to society by our doctors and nurses and emergency services at this time of year doesn’t go unnoticed @Shelly.

Today is my last day before the Christmas break and I was told by my boss to work from our Plymouth office today so as not having to drive to Pompey from Truro. Had a phone call early this morning from Plymouth office and told to stay home as they had nothing for me to do. The job I was originally booked to do has been cancelled. I'm currently sat with my arse welded to the sofa and Jill has just gone out to take Fred to the woods.
