Final bill 10% cheaper than my initial estimate.

2 x Front Springs, New Bosch battery, new camsharft sensor, brakes all cleaned up and serviced. £ 15.-- fuel, labour and Vat £ 540.-- all in.

That's £ 1066 i've spent at the local garages this month. Oh well easy come easy go :wacky:

Were the springs corroded badly causing the breaks ? Something to keep a closer eye on with our old Z3 s.

Yikes!!! Most I've ever spent with a garage at MOT time ever in my motoring history £200 for a set of four tyres! In the 10 years I've owned my 19 year old Volvo V70R it's never failed an MOT, the tyres were only an advisory!
Obviously the Zed never fails as she's so cosited :)
