Fuse 31 Help!

Washed the zed last week ready to put on the market and MOT, and ever since fuse 31 constantly blows. I didn't use a pressure washer, so no harsh water ingress. Trouble is it controls the dash and clock amongst other things, and not sure why it's still blowing after a week of being dry.

Fuse 31 is a 5 amp control circuit fuse, for multiple circuits (dependant on your model year).
Does it blow immediately it is inserted, or when the ignition is turned on?

Personally I would start checking the relays that fuse 31 is associated with.
