Iconic fashion on Amazon
I've had lots of trouble from them
I brought a wales rugby shirt from them ....
Three weeks ago , and only just got it last Friday
But i was meant to get it with in 3-4 days
I had to keep emailing them to ask where it was , they keep saying it's on it's way or they had sent it , in the end they sent 3 tops but I only received one
I got it Friday and it was sent straight back
I sent it back by tracked post and it was in their hands on Monday
But I haven't received my money back yet
I've sent many emails to them asking for a refund and they keep say it will be in my account soon , but still nothing
I've just had a email from Amazon and they are reimbursing me my money , that is very good of them , and they are going to get the money from iconic .
I've now ordered another rugby shirt and it was here within 3 days and it's lovely I can't wait to give it to the person on Christmas Day

Postage is crap at the moment in the UK.
Just received a letter that took two weeks to get here from Salisbury.

This was posted in the UK to my address
And they said they had sent two shirts out that didn't arrive at my address
And then they sent a third top out that I got ( why send another top out if the other two didn't arrive )
Very poor service from them
And in the end Amazon are giving me my money back

When I get stuff from Amazon I use the locker system. You can do this at check out by changing delivery address. Also returns, if small are put in the locker. Saves me having to haul the dog off the immigrant delivery driver on low pay. Wales rugby shirt for Xmas ? You know how to live Shelly !

The CWU said it was "extremely disappointed" at the ruling and described it as "a desperate delaying tactic from a board who are increasingly out of touch with the views of its workforce".
