I just replaced my Z3 seat bushes and as expected the actual seat nuts where more than a little difficult to move.
A friend had recommended Bulldog BDX as a lubricating/penetrating product and I was very impressed, just small squirts and leave for a few minutes...
Its not the cheapest but on this showing worth the money.
