Met up with a Z4Forum member this morning at Friar Tucks near Clumber Park (becoming a regular stop for me so I can confidently reccommend the small breakfast with tea & toast for £6).

I turned up in an E85 and left with an E86 - so that's my 26th Zed and 5th E86 - are you keeping up

All good Garrie, running nicely after charging some coils. They don't like being sat in a garage for months on end
Good to hear and like you say out is always better than in

Yesterday morning I parked up next to the lad who bought the 20i I used to own.

So that's the first weekend with the coupe after swapping it for the Z4MR on Friday.

Got a couple of spirited drives out in the Peaks under the belt and managed to swap out the grilles for OEM and swap the whippy for a stubby.

Jury's still out on the 230's as I think I'd prefer silver wheels so I'm going to try a set of MV2's next week before I make up my mind.

Have to say I'm very impressed with the auto box (this being the first one I've had) and there's no denying these E86's are photogenic - but I already knew that as this is my 5th coupe

Picked up a set of MV2's from a fellow Z4Forum member this morning. As suspected I prefer the silver wheels against the Black Sapphire bodywork so I will get a for sale advert sorted for the style 230's.

Gave them a quick test run out in the Peaks just to make sure ;)

Can #27 be an SLK or Fiat Spider or something please, just for a bit of variety? =))
