BMW Z3 1.9 M44 16V misfire and codes

Recently bought a 1998 BMW Z3 1.9 16V (M44) and plugged it in to a code reader as I realised that it had developed a misfire. The following codes were:

- P0340 - Camshaft position sensor A Circuit , bank 1 or single sensor
- P0130 - O2 sensor circuit bank one sensor 1
- P0304 - Cylinder 4 misfire
- P0302- Cylinder 2 misfire
- P0303- Cylinder 3 misfire
- P0330- Knock sensor 2 , bank 2
- P0100- Mass or volume air flow A circuit

Any idea where to start? any advice would be much appreciated. cheers Danny

Possibly as you have fault codes for various items it may be an idea to clear all the codes then fire it back up run a couple of minutes then see what fault codes return and start from there.

I'd change the plugs cheap enough. And check the condition of the coil pack and leads
